Exchanges are free for all orders. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Policy
Returns for orders from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are subject to a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
We do not charge additional storage or handling fees!

Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and only tried on for size.
- Items must be properly packaged – if possible, please use the original shipping box.
- Returns must be sent separately and cannot be combined with other returns.
- Do not send items unpaid (unfrei) or uninsured, as any costs incurred will be charged to you.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
Return Address
We ship from different warehouses based on your location to ensure fast delivery.
Your return address is the one printed on your package.
Important for exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping costs for your replacement product. Before sending your prepaid return, please confirm the correct return address by contacting us at support@newborn-apparel.com to avoid delays
